At Cahill Technical Services, our project management discipline and culture is behind everything we do, from lab and field calibration services through to large scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects. Project managers are selected and trained from our core technical team based on their knowledge and experience relevant to the project’s requirements, and most importantly based on their demonstrated track record for project management success.
We do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to project management—an approach that can either burden the small projects with excessive overheads, or which can leave larger undertakings undermanaged and at significant risk. We design an approach to fit the scope, complexity, and risk, and establish clear expectations for management and progress reporting with the client. Our project management objectives are simple: a successful project execution, successful technical and commercial results, and client satisfaction.
